Description

The Program Supervisor/Senior Access Worker will be the point person for all first time callers and will provide appropriate assessments to determine level of care and will also provide clinical supervision to staff.

Responsibilities

The Program Supervisor/Senior Access Worker will assist clients, families and referral sources with understanding the different levels of care in order to navigate the behavioral health system. They will participate in hiring and staff development, perform staff evaluations and will work with the Program Coordinator in developing policy and procedures related to the provision of case management services.


Requirements

Must possess a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience OR Master's degree with 1 year post Master's experience. Candidates will have a License in a mental health discipline (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LAC) with at least 1 year addictions experience and supervisory experience with the SPMI population.
