Program Supervisor - Mobile Response- Eatontown, NJ
Mobile Response provides community-based services which include clinical documentation, crisis intervention and de-escalation services. The Mobile Response worker provides crisis intervention and de-escalation services to clients and families. Mobile Response Worker will review cases with supervisor, formulate diagnosis, assess appropriate treatment and case management interventions and coordinate care. Mobile Response Worker will complete agency and DHS required paperwork in a timely fashion as well as maintain updated records on all clients assigned.
In addition to performing all of the responsibilities of the Mobile Response worker, the Mobile Crisis Supervisor will attend designated meetings, serve as a community representative for Mobile Response serve as back-up to the crisis line/ring Central phone line, assist in the management of specialized issues and ensure that follow-up takes place within in a timely manner, assist with on-call supervisor rotation, assist with the PE/Insurance/3560 application process, review treatment plans and safety plans. Supervise case managers and crisis line worker. A partial weekend shift is required.
LCSW or LPC and 3 years of prior experience preferred.
