Description
CPC Behavioral Healthcare is recruiting for a Social Worker/Therapist who will be a member of an interdisciplinary team within an outpatient program that provides individuals the support needed to work toward recovery from mental health and substance use disorders.
Responsibilities
The Social Worker/Therapist will utilize evidence-based practices to provide individual and group therapy. Additionally, they will coordinate with family and referral sources, coordinate with care managers to assure case management needs are met, follow up on high risk clients, and ensure quality care. This position may also include administrative and/or supervisory functions such as the clinical supervision of interns.
Requirements
Must possess a minimum of 1years of experience working in an outpatient setting. Must have an LCSW or LPC. Candidates concurrently licensed with an LCADC or working towards completion are a plus.
