LCSW / LPC Social Worker / Therapist - Mental Health Outpatient Services- Neptune, NJ
Description
The Social Worker/Therapist will be a member of an interdisciplinary team within an outpatient program that provides individuals the support needed to work toward recovery from mental health and substance use disorders.
Responsibilities
The Social Worker/Therapist will utilize evidence-based practices to provide individual and group therapy. Additionally, they will coordinate with family and referral sources, coordinate with care managers to assure case management needs are met, follow up on high risk clients, and ensure quality care. This position may also include administrative and/or supervisory functions such as the clinical supervision of interns.
Requirements
Must possess an LCSW or LPC and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in an outpatient setting. Candidates concurrently licensed with a LCADC or close to obtaining is a plus. Candidate must have good organizational skills and time management with documentation and follow up and be willing to work some evening hours.
