Description

The PACT (Program fort Assertive Community Treatment) Clinicians' goal is to maximize the client's positive interaction with the environment and to promote and maintain client behavior that contributes to integrated functioning and successful community living. This is done through individual and group treatment modalities. PACT is an evidence-based treatment modality providing therapeutic interventions to adults with significant mental health barriers in a community setting.

Responsibilities

The Clinician functions as a member of a multidisciplinary team, who will be providing clinical care, assessments, interventions, and services to persons served in their homes and communities. They will participate in individual recovery plan for each consumer on the team. They will provide case management services and direct care for consumers and their families.

Requirements

Master's degree from an accredited institution in a behavioral science or counseling specialty. Must possess either LSW or LAC and have two years of post-bachelor's experience working with the severe mental illness (SMI) population. Valid NJ Driver's License. LCSW with 3 years post master's degree experience working with SMI and co-occurring populations, and experience with MET, IMR or IDDT preferred.
