Administrative Assistant I - Neptune, NJ
CPC Behavioral Healthcare is looking for an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be directly involved in the daily functions of our behavioral healthcare office in Neptune, NJ. This candidate will also provide administrative oversight of daily operations to ensure that clients receive excellent, compassionate, confidential, and prompt service.
The ideal candidate will handle various support functions such as reception, customer service, use of current business-related technology/software, data and co-payment collection/recording and taking the lead to resolve customer and/or operational issues. This candidate will oversee daily operations and will function as liaison between front office and building/staff/management.
High School Diploma/GED or business school training. At least 3 years' experience handling support functions such as reception, customer service, collections, data entry/use of technology, business-related software, among others. Excellent customer service skills, critical thinking skills, ability to work both as team member as well as independently, great organizational skills, ability to multi-task, updated technology skills, common sense, sense of humor, and leadership ability/experience are essential to success in this position. Experience in a non-profit or healthcare environment preferred.
