We provide services that focus on creating healthy lives for adults and children. The organization offers evidence-based treatment for adults and children with serious mental health diagnoses, substance abuse problems and co-occurring disorders.
This is a full time position with day and evening hours. The ideal candidate will be directly involved in the daily functions of our behavioral healthcare office in Freehold, NJ. This candidate will also provide customer service to ensure that clients receive excellent, compassionate, confidential and prompt service.
The ideal candidate will handle various support functions such as reception, customer service, use of current business-related technology/software, data and co-payment collection/recording and will assist in resolving customer and/or operational issues. This candidate will have an active role in the daily operations of the office and will function as a liaison between front office and building/staff/management.
